Club Resources
Everything you need as a club family
Coaches, volunteering, uniform, policies and club records — all in one place.
Volunteering at Her.Sorted
Her.Sorted Mini Athletes is volunteer-run — which means families are the engine of the club. Every athlete's family is asked to contribute across the season, in whatever way suits them best.
Volunteer roles
Parent helper
Guides an age group through their events each competition day. Help measure, record and time as needed.
Key Official
Measures jumps, throws and times races. Training provided; accredited through Athletics Australia.
Canteen / BBQ
Runs the club barbecue and canteen on competition days. A great way to meet other families.
Setup & Pack-up
We always need helpers to lay out equipment before and pack it away after sessions.
Committee Member
Helps govern the club and keep it running season to season. Elected at the AGM, committee members attend monthly meetings during the season and take on an area of responsibility — such as registrations, canteen, uniforms, equipment or communications. It is a bigger time commitment than a weekly duty, but it is the backbone of the club. Please email us if you would like to become a committee member.
Every family contributes
Her.Sorted is run entirely by families, for families. To help keep the club running — and for your child to qualify for the championship round — a minimum of 3 volunteer duties must be completed by every family across the season. Add your name to the weekly roster for the roles and days that suit you best.

Each week a volunteer roster is published, please add your name to the role you wish to volunteer in.
